• We recommend keeping the product away from perfumes or sanitizer or water in order to protect it from possible damage
• All products are quality checked, packed safely, and handled with care at our end

• To ensure the delivery, please make sure to provide a detailed address and map coordinates if possible at the checkout
• All addresses must be in English.
• Shipping cost is 18AED that will be waived for orders above 250AED, UAE only.
• Orders within the UAE will be delivered between 1 to 5 working days, you might expect next day delivery depending on the time of your purchase and the availability of our delivery partner after you receive the confirmation email
• Delivery time might be longer for remote areas out of the city borders and/ or during public holidays and weekends.

• Orders can be returned within 07 days from the date of the online purchase confirmation
• Return can only be done if the packaging has not been opened, and the product has remained sealed in its original packaging, with all The Musicians LLC tags, and the original invoice.
• We are not currently able to offer exchanges
